Return Merchandise Authorization

To return a product to Northland Security Products, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our RMA department at rma@mobileeye.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Northland Security Products, Inc. accepts returns on its merchandise within 30 days after the initial sale date. However, Northland Security Products, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.

Northland Security Products, Inc. reserves the right to decline an RMA request if the merchandise was found to be used in an improper manner, or that it was damaged from mishandling.

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Northland Security Products, Inc. on returned items, and Northland Security Products, Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Northland Security Products, Inc. discretion.

RESTOCKING FEES
 Northland Security Products, Inc. charges a 15% restocking fee on all unopened merchandise that is returned.  Opened merchandise that is accepted is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
